Chef Shahin Reza

Corporate Executive Chef, Director of Training and Kitchen Laboratory

Shahin Reza is an experienced chef with work experience in multi-cuisine at The Ritz-Carlton (Higher Five Star) Hotel in Bahrain as an Executive Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine, with over 20 years of experience in total. He was also the Executive Trainer of some reputed cooking institutes in Bangladesh. He is a certified chef globally as well as nationwide, including NSDA, BTEB, SGS (Switzerland), and ISO (UK). He is an absolute mentor, and his motive is solely to train in cuisine, food fusion, and food science.

Principal and Director of Career Planning and Development, Certified Chef of Food and Beverage Production (Level-3)

Dewan Ismail is an experienced theoretical instructor and the Principal of the Culinary Institute of Bangladesh. He works on dynamic theoretical perceptions of Culinary Science & Arts, Food Science, Food Safety, HACCP & Hygiene, along with Entrepreneurship Development for the students and the nation. He is also certified by SGS (Switzerland) and ISO (UK). He is not only proficient in Culinary Arts and Science but also academically enriched. He graduated and post-graduated with a BBA and MBA from Jagannath University. He is also skilled in the English language, with an IELTS score of 7.5.
